Purchased 5 or more products in last 12 months. The quality was extremly poor. One top washed a few times had bubbles appearing looking like he was old and ready to be thrown out. Half zip looked shabby after few washes like is if it about about to unravel. There were other issues with other product. Very poor quality. After fighting with them they did replace, only to get 3 of the 4 replacement orders wrong. Shocking company.

Excellent customer service and quick delivery!

I requested to have my order to be put as urgent as it is an item for school. The customer service I received was exceptional, from the prompt reply to my emails and the delivery. I am extremely pleased with O'Neill's service.

Bought an Armagh Jacket size XL was like a Tent (everything else I own that’s XL fits perfect, I’ve a similar puffed style jacket that’s XL and fits perfect) they were extremely rude about the exchange, I got rude in return... When I sent the jacket back for an exchange (not a refund) they claimed to have never got it... Bunch of rude backward country boys... ????????????????

Thanks to O'Neills for prioritising my order for a birthday present and delivering even sooner than needed. Much appreciated, there will be a happy birthday boy!

Excellent customer service from Conor and all others very impressed????

Ordered a pair of trainers and not only was the sizing wrong but I had to pay extra to send back to Ireland, customer service was polite but crap and just said you have to pay to send the items back. Returned item, got my money back and will never use again.

It's good to know that O'Neills respond to their customers' ideas. I look forward to seeing the new range of shirts as they are released.

Love the Colorado & Raven range, great for winter running. Good quality, reasonably priced, just wish delivery was faster.

I ordered a number of items from O’Neills before Christmas all on different dates. They were delivered super quickly and I can’t praise the quality of the clothing enough. We have 4 sons, 2 who reside in Australia, they love the gear so for Birthdays and Christmas it’s easy to order something from O’ NEILL’s for them. I am happy no stress and they are delighted with their new item of clothing

I always get good service from you but the thing that really bugs me is that I cannot purchase a Dublin Gaa home shirt which is very frustrating
